Initially go for the basic training as your priority. The amount of energy required for basic training can be reduced by up to 10% of the current amount in each rebirth based on how the levels they gain so it is essential to have that go down because it then frees energy for other things like augments.

Currently farming Godmother v1. My current ratio for E/M Power/Cap/Bars is 1:25k:1, and R3 is 1:25k:0.2.
